A “Flowering Formula” That Could Change Things Forever…

This is a very special year and it’s about to send humanity soaring into a whole new era. It could initiate a global utopia and it’s predicted to be a powerful time of transformation unlike anything we’ve seen for over 2,000 years. So to harness that potential I created a 12 month formula using alchemy, creative expression and solfeggio frequency. Let’s break down the meaning of this formula, why it’s incredible for personal transformation and how numerology is playing a very important part in all of this.

What is Alchemy?

Alchemy is an ancient term that originated in Egypt and it’s the practice of turning lead into gold. In modern terms we could say that it’s actually about mankind becoming gods, it’s about transforming into our highest perfected selves. We are the lead and through something called “the great work” we can use our suffering as compost for the life of our dreams where anything is attainable. Alchemy happens in four major stages (some of you might be familiar with):

Stage 1: Shadow Work

This is where we submerge ourselves into the fires of our deepest painful thoughts and memories, where we sink into the blackness of our very being. We come face to face with it and let it show us what needs to be healed and integrated. These are the deepest parts of our reality that are often suppressed in the subconscious by the ego. It’s a literal moment where we retreat into the void of our existence. We may end up crying, screaming, journaling or, in our case, channeling those feelings into creative expressions that eventually release us from the seed of darkness and into the next stage of alchemy.

Stage 2: Purification

This stage is quite literally opening our eyes for the first time and seeing the bright white light that’s always been hovering above our darkest moments, surrounding our entire existence. It’s similar to the stem of a plant radically breaking out of the earth from its pod for the first time. The light has always been there waiting not only to guide us but to feed and nurture us so that we have the capacity for wisdom and growth. At this stage there’s still work to be done but we’re no longer blinded and we can clearly see how to navigate our growth. We learn to use the light as if it’s the photosynthesis for that growth. This moves us on to stage three.

Stage 3: Integration

The third stage is the realization of our worth and the integration of knowledge. This is our golden stage: Once we’re purified we gain the riches of wisdom and all the world has to offer. It’s like reaching the stage of having material success where we can live comfortably, feeling secure with the knowledge that for the rest of our days we can confidently use the power of the sun to expand and realize our true potential.

Stage 4: The Elixir

The fourth and final stage goes even beyond the material into the elixir of life or what some called the philosopher’s stone. This is the final product of our transformation where we realize ourselves as immortal (meaning the soul, our pure essence of life) eternal beings. In this stage we transcend material possessions and recognize the value of the soul as being more precious than gold.

Alchemy is the basic framework of this formula, showing us the main goal for each area of transformation. The next task is to plug solfeggio frequency into each of these four stages and if you’re wondering what the heck is a solfeggio frequency, read on.

What is Solfeggio Frequency?

Like alchemy, Solfeggio Frequency is an ancient and powerful tool for transformation, but unlike alchemy it’s even more abstract and loosely interpreted. There are 9 Solfeggio frequencies, each believed to correspond to a specific chakra or energy point in the body:

174 hz (1st root chakra)

285 hz (2nd root chakra)

396 hz (3rd root chakra)

417 hz (sacral chakra)

528 hz (solar plexus)

639 hz (heart chakra)

741hz (throat chakra)

852 hz (pineal gland)

963 hz (crown chakra)

If you look closely you’ll notice the similarity between three sets of frequencies. For example: 174 hz holds the same numbers as 417 hz and 741 hz. Each of these sets adds up to a single digit which are structures of 9 (something fascinating we’ll get into later since it relates to 2025 and the 9 year). So the 174 hz set (i.e. 1+7+4) reduces down to 3, 285 hz reduces to 6 and 396 hz reduces to 9. Each of these reduced numbers is a flower of the human being’s energetic field, potential and spiritual evolution.

Similar to how plants and flowers have a root system to support the stem and petals, 174 hz, 285 hz and 396 hz are all roots of their corresponding flower sets. For example, 174 hz is the root of the 3 flower while 417 hz is the stem of the 3 flower and 741hz, the flower head and highest potential of the 3 flower, aka the throat chakra energy center.

The Flowering Formula and “9” Year 2025

Group the 12 months of 2025 into 4 quarters of the year and you have your framework for the Flowering Formula. It starts with the four stages of alchemy: Q1 will be the root, shadow work stage (months January, February and March). Q2 will be the stem purification stage (months April, May and June). Q3, the gold leaf integration stage (months July, August and September). And Q4 is our final flowering stage where we will use the frequencies as sets (months October November and December).

So why is this formula so important for 2025? Well 2025 is a 9 year, meaning when you add all the numbers up it reduces to 9... In numerology 9 is a number for transformation: endings and new beginnings. Not only that but it’s the only number that when multiplied by any other number produces a multiple of 9 and reduces back to 9, which is ironic since this number also looks like a spiral…

Like the first stage of alchemy it’s about reducing to our most pure and basic form, coming back to ourselves right at the root.

So that, combined with the 9 Solfeggio Frequencies, creates a double, heightened, concentrated opportunity for magic. On January 29th we officially move into the year of the snake, something that happens every 60 years, and what happened in 1965? Numerous movements in humanitarianism, human rights, expressive arts and even climate change awareness. Just think of a snake shedding its skin. This time is unbelievably ripe for transformation, we could even talk about the kundalini significance but that’s a whole other discussion.

9 even holds significance across major religions and structures. Hinduism uses 108 rosary beads for prayer which correspond to the full 108 chakra points believed to be within the human body. Buddhism has 9 stages to the path of enlightenment. There were originally 144,000 casing stones on the Great Pyramid, another number reducing down to 9. And do you remember what Nikola Tesla said? “If you only knew the magnificence of 3, 6 and 9, then you would have the key to the universe”. He was a brilliant engineer who knew that all the major shapes (the square, triangle, circle and pentagon) have an internal measurement or degree of 9. The periodic table has 9 fundamental atoms…Is it yet eerie to see that we could find endless products of 9 everywhere?

The number 9 is within and all around us, to come back to it in 2025 is such an honor. It’s like coming home to harvest and begin again. Especially with Pluto having entered Aquarius where it’ll stay for the next 20 years. We have several planets conjunction this year which is highly unusual and something many professional astrologers are even baffled at. There are just so many signs. Tapping into 9 is like coming back to study a blueprint, coming intact with a map or key that we haven’t seen since around the time of Christ. It’s something to be really excited about and hopeful for, and many of us just doing the work and focusing our intention into it could have powerful and permanent results. This is an ending and beginning.

Creative Expression

The intention of this formula is to align your system with the geometry of the universe so you can become an embodied expression of the flower of life. You are a flower of the cosmos…what do you want to be, a rose? An amaryllis? The answer can be found in your creative expression.

Each month you can use a solfeggio frequency to channel that energy into healing via the things you choose to create and express. I’m aware that many of you might find this blog way after the initial stage, and that’s fine. You can start with the frequency of the month you’re in or even use this formula for next year and so on.

Something I usually do is strike tuning forks and play solfeggio frequency in order to energetically set the space while painting, drawing, dancing, writing, whatever expression I’m called to do. Expressive art is the perfect medium for transformation and healing, that’s why it’s being used within the formula and also as a framework of AlchemyHz. You’ll find frequency music and playlists on the AlchemyHz YouTube channel. You can use them during each month and weave it into your daily creative expression and self-reflection.

As I post this blog, it’s currently March 11th, 2025. I’m using the 396 hz frequency and preparing to close out Q1 (shadow work). Each month I’ve been journaling my experience down to the smallest details: my heavy emotions, how my body feels and behaves, ideas and dreams that suddenly come to me in ways I never thought of before, even deep answers to life long questions. If I could compare it to something I’d say it’s like having sessions of hypno-therapy where I regress to my childhood to remember things I’d forgotten, understanding them in a totally new light.

2025 holds a powerful opportunity where we can see personal transformation by healing our lower frequencies, raising it and strengthening our aura. We can positively impact the world in a way that I think could be such a blessing to see in our lifetime.
